Taylor Simmons is passionate about helping children and families access the resources and support they need to thrive. Her professional background spans early childhood education, curriculum development, and healthcare operations, with a focus on supporting young children and the adults who care for them.
Prior to joining Ready for School, Ready for Life, Taylor worked as both an educator and a healthcare leader, serving families across a variety of settings. As a Center Manager for an autism therapy center, she partnered closely with caregivers navigating developmental services, educational systems, and community resources. Earlier in her career, she taught young children and developed educational programs designed to foster curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.
Taylor holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Her commitment to this work is rooted both in professional experience and a deep belief that every family deserves access to the information, services, and opportunities that help children reach their full potential.
