Prior to joining Ready Ready, Dominique served in talent development and operations focused roles where she led programs, coordinated large scale events, facilitated workshops, and supported emerging leaders across her organization. She is especially passionate about helping young professionals discover their confidence, leadership potential, and purpose before they ever hold a formal title.
