
Danielle Deshazor-Tabb
Danielle Deshazor-Tabb joined Ready Ready as the Routes to Ready Lead in March 2023. As a passionate Community Health Educator, Danielle thrives on creating and improving systems that foster health equity and drive positive community outcomes. With a focus on equitable access to maternal and child health, sexual health education, and mental health, she is committed to making a lasting impact in underserved communities.
Leveraging her expertise in health communication, community outreach, and public speaking, Danielle empowers individuals and organizations to adopt healthier practices. Her experience spans delivering educational programs, engaging diverse populations, and managing projects through all phases.
Danielle received her B.A. in African American Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and her Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) in Health Education from UNC Greensboro. A Virginia native, she moved to North Carolina in 2016 to continue her education. Her interest in maternal health was sparked by hearing the birthing experiences of family and friends and grew into a passion during graduate school.
