Brooke Daniels joined Ready Ready in October 2023 as Ages 3-8 Project Manager. A committed professional hailing from Greensboro, North Carolina, Brooke brings more than 15 years of experience in Guilford and Rockingham County, driven by a strong commitment to advancing equity in Early Care and Education. Raised in a single-parent household, she learned the values of hard work and resilience early on, shaping her mission to advocate for young children and their families. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Education: Child Development and Family Studies, along with a continuing Birth-Kindergarten Teaching License from North Carolina A&T State University, as well as a Master of Education in Educational Leadership, Policy, and Advocacy in Early Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. In her most recent capacity, she provided individualized one-on-one guidance and professional development to local early care and educational professionals and programs, promoting high-quality early education while cultivating community relationships, one person at a time.

Brooke enjoys spending her free time with her husband Nelis of 7 years and her charismatic, energetic 3-year-old daughter Brylee! Brooke passionately advocates for young children, families, and the early childhood workforce and is grateful for the chance to amplify community voices.
