Kelsey Perzel serves as the Development Director at Ready for School, Ready for Life, where she leads fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and community partnerships to advance the organization’s mission of ensuring every child enters school ready to succeed and every family has the support they need to thrive. With more than a decade of experience across nonprofit leadership, public–private partnerships, and community engagement, Kelsey brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to building sustainable funding models through individual giving, corporate partnerships, foundation support, and government collaboration.

Prior to joining Ready for School, Ready for Life, Kelsey held senior advancement and advisory roles supporting large-scale initiatives in education, recovery services, and public health. She is passionate about mission-aligned storytelling, data-informed fundraising, and creating meaningful donor experiences that translate generosity into lasting community impact and is honored to support the organization’s vision for a stronger, more equitable future for children and families.
