Fisher Charlton

Data and Learning Lead

Fisher Charlton joined Ready for School, Ready for Life in 2026 as the Data and Learning Lead. She was drawn to this work out of an excitement to support the children and families of Guilford County through insightful, accessible data.

With a strong background in epidemiology, Fisher has worked to build North Carolina’s capacity in alcohol epidemiology to equip partners with the data and resources necessary to work on strategies that reduce excessive alcohol use to build healthier communities. She is passionate about translating data into actionable insights that help drive decision-making in communities. Fisher believes that communities should feel empowered to use data to amplify their stories, celebrate successes, and highlight challenges.

Fisher graduated from Western Carolina University and earned her Master of Public Health degree in Applied Epidemiology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
