Laura J Weber, Ph.D. is Interim CEO of Ready Ready. Laura works closely with the Board and staff to align organizational processes and structures to maximize collaborations and outcomes. Laura brings a wealth of experience to her work at Ready Ready. She holds a certification from Armstrong McGuire as an Interim Executive Director, a Ph.D. in Education Leadership and Cultural Foundations from UNC-Greensboro, and she has a wealth of experience in providing technical assistance and support to help nonprofit organizations thrive.
