Brandy Plouff joined Ready Ready in 2025 as Implementation Manager because of the organization’s commitment to systems-level approach to addressing larger community issues. Brandy holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

Brandy began her career at Junior Achievement of the Triad as the Director of Impact where she built the organization’s impact department and increased reach across a 5-county service area. Most recently, Brandy worked at EVERFI where she helped teachers across the country utilize EVERFi’s free online courses.

Brandy loves yoga, plants, reading, her 9-year-old puppy, Meechum, and planning fun things with her amazing friends.
