Mary Herbenick

Executive Director

Mary brings 20 years of strategic planning, change management and communication experience to this role, plus a deep commitment to young children and families in Guilford County. Prior to this role, Mary worked as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies and a variety of local non-profits.

Rachael Burrello

Impact Manager

Rachael joined Ready/Ready in September 2015 after receiving her MPA in Nonprofit Management from UNC-Greensboro. She gathers and synthesizes data for Ready/Ready and serves as staff liaison to the Family Action Learning Team.

Michelle Chapin

Project Manager

Michelle joined Ready/Ready as a program manager in May 2017. In her role, Michelle is responsible for managing and facilitating cross-functional teams while supporting community engagement and outreach strategies. She works closely with community partners, funders, and volunteers to maintain a full understanding of the current landscape of local and regional activities that intersect with the work of Ready/Ready.

Christina Dobson

Project Manager, Get Ready Guilford Initiative

Christina brings almost 20 years of work supporting women and families to attain their goals for health, education, and well-being. After 16 years at the YWCA Greensboro building effective programs for young mothers, Christina spent one year at United Way, helping to create a community-wide network to support family economic stability. She started in November 2017 as Project Manager for the Get Ready Guilford Initiative.
